General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping and his spouse have arrived in Hanoi at noon on December 12, starting a State visit to Vietnam from December 12-13, 2023, at the invitation of General Secretary of Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong and his spouse, and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vo Van Thuong and his spouse.
