A ceremony was held in Hanoi on January 29 to officially kick off the 2024 Hanoi Spring Press Festival and present the “Ngo Tat To – Hanoi 2023” Awards.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Hanoi Journalists’ Association, To Quang Phan, said in 2023 that Hanoi’s press agencies proactively overcame difficulties and completed assigned political tasks.
