The two-day event, jointly held by the Hanoi Journalists’ Association, the municipal Committee on Communication and Education, and the municipal Department of Information and Communications, featured 18 pavilions by press agencies throughout the city.
The participating press agencies displayed their publications at the event, including magazines, printed and pictorial editions, audio and television products and online newspapers.
In his closing speech, the Chairman of the Hanoi Journalists’ Association To Quang Phan stressed that the festival helped to promote the press’s operation to visitors and the city’s dwellers.
At the closing ceremony, the organising board presented prizes to the best pavilion and outstanding articles on Hanoi.
