Ngo Minh Long, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hau Giang Province, shares the issue of green agricultural development in Hau Giang.

Ha Lan Anh, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, discussed "The connection between the Government, localities and businesses in the process towards a green economy in Nam Dinh Province".

Associate Professor, Dr Bui Van Huyen, Director of the Institute of Economics, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, shares "Green growth model in Nam Dinh: Resources and motivation".

Le Tien Truong, member of the Executive Board of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group.

The conference's organising committee selected 90 outstanding presentations to be included in the yearbook "Green Economic Development: Theory and Practice".

Dr Doan Cong Khanh, an economic expert, discusses "Low carbon emission industrial development: Opportunities, challenges and solutions".
