State President Vo Van Thuong hosted an official welcome ceremony in Hanoi on January 12 for Indonesian President Joko Widodo who is on a three-day State visit to Vietnam. The welcome ceremony was held with 21-cannon salute, the highest level for a head of state. After the ceremony, the two Presidents held talks.
