General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) and President To Lam delivered a policy speech at the University of Copenhagen, which is one of the first and oldest universities of the Kingdom of Denmark, on October 19 afternoon (local time) as part of his state visit to the country.
