A ceremony was held by the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) and the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) on August 29 both in person and online to put the Circuit-3 500kV transmission line linking Quang Trach in the central province of Quang Binh and Pho Noi in the northern province of Hung Yen. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and spoke at the main venue in Hung Yen.
