Viet Nam’s benchmark VN-Index rose by 0.75% to 1,674.49 points on March 31. The index closed 11.95 points higher after losing 10.26 points in the previous session.
Global gold prices continued to rise on July 30, trading at 4,066 USD per ounce as the US dollar and yields on US Treasury bonds weakened. In the domestic market, SJC gold bars and rings inched up, quoted at 141.7 million VND and 141.2 million VND per tael, respectively.
