The opening night saw the participation of more than 100 artists, artisans, and folk clubs, who performed cultural and art performances, lion dances, and dances of local ethnic groups.
The week-long event will include various activities, such as a martial arts performance, lion and dragon dance, the showcase of traditional costumes of Lang Son ethnic groups, a cuisine contest, ‘Sli’ and ‘luon’ singing performances and the ‘lay co’ folk game of Nung and Tay ethnic minority groups, a raft racing on the Ky Cung River, and others.

The Lang Son Culture, Sports and Tourism Week, which was held after three years of suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic, promises to attract a large number of visitors both inside and outside the province, contributing to promoting local tourism and the economy.
The event will last until the end of February 17.
