The programme "Pride of Vietnam" with the theme "Singing forever the marching song" aims to provide education on the tradition of patriotism, the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, and the desire for peace of the nation, thus affirming the belief and expressing the perspective of the young generation under the lens of technology.
In addition to the special performances, the highlight of the program was the launch of a project simulating the Vietnam People's Army’s journey of fighting and growing up through the use of virtual reality technology.
The project with simulations using virtual reality technology took the audience back in time, back to a difficult but the proud early days when the Vietnam Propaganda Unit of Liberation Army (the predecessor of the Vietnam People's Army) with 34 soldiers was established.
The special highlight of the project is the combination of history and modern technology. Mr. Nguyen Manh Tung, founder of the YooLife digital platform, shared: "We use VR360 technology to recreate most of the landmarks associated with the history of the birth and development of the Vietnam People's Army in digital space. In addition to vivid images, each project is supplemented with explanations of historical campaigns. This is a much more effective approach than just learning through books; it is also the largest system of historical red addresses ever."
Through visual images, videos, explanations, and scientifically presented documents, users will have an interesting experience and easily grasp information about historical events.
The project also introduces flipbooks and 3D museums depicting the lives of famous generals including General Vo Nguyen Giap, General Nguyen Chi Thanh, General Le Trong Tan, General Hoang Van Thai, and General Le Duc Anh.
