One of the documents reads the NA Standing Committee has decided to transfer To Lam from the NA deputy delegation of the northern province of Hung Yen to that of Hanoi for the 15th tenure.
Under the other, Cuong will be transferred from the NA deputy delegation of the central province of Thanh Hoa to that of Ho Chi Minh City, also for the 15th tenure.

Both documents take effect from the signing date of October 30, 2024.
