The system was designed by the Public Lighting Department of Lyon citThe highlight of the lighting system is designed based on the unique structure of the bridge, applying a special colour blending technique, creating intriguing effects for viewers.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Minh Phu said the project contributes to creating a distinctive highlight for Dien Bien Phu, thus attracting tourists to Dien Bien.
He suggested the AFD continue its support to ensure the sustainable and smooth operation of the system.
