The simultaneous groundbreaking and inauguration of projects demonstrates the spirit of innovation, creativity, and strong determination for development of the port city in the new period.
Of the total 12 projects, 7 were inaugurated, 4 have started, and 1 project broke ground. The projects are spread across 12 districts, ensuring synchronous development between the central urban area and suburban areas, industrial parks, and new rural areas.
Speaking at the ceremony, Le Anh Quan, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People’s Committee, emphasised that these projects are of great significance, creating a strong influence, promoting socio-economic development in many fields such as transportation, industry, social housing development, expanding urban space, enhancing international integration, and ensuring national defence and security.
Through the simultaneous groundbreaking and inauguration of projects, Hai Phong City continues to realise the policies of the party and state, creating momentum to promote growth, striving to achieve the socio-economic development target of 12.5% in 2025, he noted.
