Military Signal Corps - LienViet Bank led in the first set by a score of 25/19 and it only took them 20 minutes to beat their opponents 25/20 in the second set. VietsovPetro could not prevent a straight loss as they were beaten 25-15 in the final set.
With a 3-0 victory, Military Signal Corps - LienViet Bank convincingly won the first prize of this year's tournament. VietsovPetro ranked second.
Earlier, Jiangsu youth team from China came from behind to defeat Thai Lopburi 3-2 (20/25, 26/24, 22/25, 25/16, 15/9) to occupy the third position.
The Fair-play prize went to VTV - Binh Dien Long An. Other individual prizes were also given including Best Server for Katya from VietsovPetro, Best Libero for Hu Yuxuan and Best Blocker for Tang Ningya, both from Jiangsu youth team. The Most Valuable Player prize went to Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa from VTV Binh Dien Long An while Ross Hannah from Australia won the Miss prize.
