The four-day event featured 144 booths showcasing more than 1,000 products across various industries, including food and beverages, clothing, mechanical products, finance and banking, telecommunications, technology and logistics.
Among the participating enterprises, there were 26 military-run businesses operating 50 booths.
An outstanding feature of the trade fair was an exhibition on the Viet Nam-Laos great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperaton, Vietnamese culture, and the Vietnamese army’s contributions to economic development combined with defence and defence diplomacy.
Within the framework of the trade fair, the organisers held 20 trade connection events, through which the Bac Ninh Industrial Production Association signed a cooperation agreement with the Association of Vietnamese Enterprises in Laos.
Viet Nam’s Robot Investment Corporation also signed a deal to distribute its products in Laos.
During the trade fair, a workshop on investment and trade cooperation between Vietnamese and Lao enterprises was held, drawing the participation of 50 agencies and companies from both countries.
At the closing ceremony, 20 groups and 10 individuals were honoured with certificates of merit for their excellent achievements in organising the trade fair.
