On behalf of Party and State, President Sang applauded the officials’ efforts and noted his recognition of the judiciaries’ contributions to the cause of national construction and protection.
He stressed that judicial reforms in accordance with the Party’s policy are imposing many urgent issues on judiciaries, including consolidating and renewing their organisation, enhancing their staff’s capacity, improving the quality of prosecution right practices and monitoring judicial activities of the People’s Procuracy.
He also emphasised the importance of the judges and procurators as experienced and leading legal experts and hoped that they will incessantly study to enhance their professional capacity and ethics to fulfill their entrusted tasks.
