Picking up rubbish for cleaner world

Nhan Dan Online - The ‘Clean up the World’ Day 2011 campaign was held on September 17 at Thong Nhat (Reunification) Park in Hanoi by the Vietnam Environment Administration and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, with the support of the Australian embassy. Each year this significant international event for the enviroment mobilises an estimated 35 million people from 130 countries all over the world and more than 300 students, officers of the Australian embassy and local people joined the event this year in Hanoi.
