Phong said that he highly appreciates the efforts of Consul General Anes during his term of office, in enhancing Indonesia’s relations with Vietnam, including with the southern city.
He hoped that the diplomat would continue nurturing the bilateral ties in his new position.
Anes, for his part, expressed his gratitude towards the city leaders for facilitating his mission that has helped the partnership between HCM City and Indonesian localities to prosper in multiple areas.
He vowed to do his utmost to further bolster the Vietnam-Indonesia relationship.
