Science Council urged to promote research

Nhan Dan – The Science Council of central Party agencies should enhance its scientific research work, continue to carry scientific projects out effectively and better serve the Party Central Committee (PCC), Politburo and Secretariat while making constributions to building the Party’s resolutions.

Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC Commission for Communication and Education, Dinh The Huynh made the requirement to the council during a conference to review its 2012 performance and devise a plan for 2013 in Hanoi on February 6.

Praising its achievements and efforts in 2012, he asked the council to review its operation, improve the working methods and efficiency, promote its staff’s initiatives and coordinate with other relevant agencies to fulfill outstandingly all entrusted tasked.

The Party official also requested the council to actively train and develop the central Party agencies’ staff, especially young officers.

At the gathering, the council’s operation in 2012 and major tasks in 2013 were stated.
