Speaking at the ceremony, Bui Thi Thom, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, stated that the second edition of the National Press Awards on Agriculture, Farmers, and Rural Areas 2024 is an innovation to renew the information and communication tasks regarding agriculture, farmers, and rural areas, as outlined in the Politburo’s Resolution 46-NQ/TW.
The event must truly serve as a forum and playground for both professional and non-professional writers, including journalists, experts, and readers, to comprehensively reflect current issues related to Vietnamese agriculture, farmers, and rural areas.
