The event was jointly organised by the Committee for Development of Cooperation with Vietnam under the Import-Export Association in Russia in collaboration with the Business Centre, under the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association.
The seminar attracted the participation of a large number of representatives of Russian businesses wishing to export goods to the Vietnamese market and Vietnamese representatives from companies in the field of processing and exporting seafood, agricultural products, fertilizers, transportation...
According to Vice President of the Import-Export Association Pavel Dolgov, the seminar created an opportunity for Russian and Vietnamese businesses to enhance exchanges and trade and expand the potential for cooperation.
Within the seminar, representatives of companies discussed solutions for cooperation and development, exchanged experiences on bringing Russian products to the Vietnamese market and vice versa.
The delegates agreed that, in the current volatile world situation, the two sides need to strengthen the promotion of freight transport routes, maximise their inherent potential and gradually overcome barriers in payment.
