The 4th Southern Folk Cake Festival in Ca Mau in 2024 brings together 300 booths of 150 participating businesses, along with many artisans and good bakers in many provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta and the Southern region.

There are 60 booths displaying dozens of types of folk cakes from many localities in Ca Mau Province and many neighbouring provinces and cities.
This festival also has booths displaying OCOP products and typical goods of localities in the Mekong Delta region.

In the first two days, the Southern Folk Cake Festival in Ca Mau attracted thousands of visitors to visit, shop, and experience cuisine.
Coming to the Southern Folk Cake Festival in Ca Mau, visitors can also enjoy the cuisine of several other countries, such as Japan, Thailand, and Cambodia.
In addition, within the framework of the festival, there will also be a contest of pouring banh xeo, wrapping banh tet, and folk games.
The event is expected to contribute to preserving and promoting Vietnamese culinary culture, especially that of the Southern region.
As part of the programme "Ca Mau - A destination 2024", Ca Mau has also organised a series of events titled "U Minh Forest Fragrance" at the Trem River Ecotourism Area and U Minh Town, U Minh District, Ca Mau Province.
This series of events provide an opportunity for Ca Mau to promote the land, people, cultural identity, and tourism potential of the locality to tourists both inside and outside the province, while also promoting the development of the smokeless industry.
