Northern provinces focus on agricultural recovery after devastating storms
Heavy rainfall and floods triggered by storms in September and early October have severely damaged lives, property, and crops across northern and north-central provinces of Viet Nam. Local authorities and farmers are now concentrating on restoring agricultural production to stabilise livelihoods.
