Politburo Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW (dated January 7, 2026) on the development of Vietnamese culture has set the target that by 2030, 100% of pupils, trainees, and students in the national education system will have access to and regularly and effectively participate in artistic activities and cultural heritage education.
