President of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man attended a ceremony in Ha Noi on August 27 to introduce a book by General Luong Cuong, former Politburo Member and former President on the strength of the Vietnamese nation in national construction and defence.

A book on Viet Nam–Cuba relations was launched in Ha Noi on November 12, as part of activities marking the 65th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries (December 2, 1960 – December 2, 2025).
