The National Assembly (NA) on the afternoon of April 8 held group discussions on the draft revised Capital Law as part of the legislature's ongoing first session.

Current amendments to the Capital Law should adopt an innovative and long-term approach, providing a strong legal framework for Ha Noi to fully leverage its unique potential, pilot new models, and try new approaches, while ensuring discipline, transparency, and the public interest, Party General Secretary To Lam has stated.
