On the occasion of the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) (February 3, 1930 – 2026), the Central Committees of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) have sent congratulatory messages to the CPV Central Committee.
