On February 2, the Vietnamese Embassy in Cuba held a wreath-laying ceremony at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh in the park bearing his name in the capital city of Havana, marking the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (February 3, 1930 – 2026) and celebrating the successful conclusion of the 14th National Party Congress.

President Luong Cuong on February 3 received Rodriguez Parrilla, Politburo member, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Special Envoy of the Communist Party and the State of Cuba, who is on working trip to Viet Nam.
