The Viet Nam Red Cross Society (VRCS)'s Central Committee, in coordination with the Cuban Embassy in Ha Noi, held a ceremony on August 11 to hand over the token of 100 billion VND (around 3.82 million USD) in aid to the Cuban people on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of Cuban leader Fidel Castro Ruz (August 13, 1926 - 2026).

On the occasion of the 95th birth anniversary of General Raúl Castro Ruz, the Cuban Embassy in Viet Nam has introduced a collection of his articles and speeches on Viet Nam, in honour of a visionary leader who remained steadfast in his opposition to imperialism.

An exhibition opened at the Vietnamese Women’s Museum in Ha Noi on December 5, spotlighting the faithful friendship shared by the Vietnamese and Cuban peoples.

The Cuban Embassy hosted a reception in Ha Noi on the evening of December 2 to celebrate the 65th anniversary of Viet Nam-Cuba diplomatic relations (December 2, 1960 - 2025).
