During a working visit to Laos from October 25 to 27, a high-level delegation from the General Department of Viet Nam Customs, led by Director General Nguyen Van Tho, attended the 2026 Viet Nam–Laos Customs Directors General Conference, chaired by Phoukhaokham Vannavongxay, Director General of the General Department of Laos Customs.
