PM orders stronger disaster prevention, response efforts
The Prime Minister has directed ministries, agencies, local authorities and relevant units to intensify disaster prevention, response and recovery efforts in a timely, coordinated and effective manner, under the principle of “proactive prevention – timely forecasting, warning and response – rapid and effective recovery,” with protecting people’s lives as the top priority.
