The target of double-digit economic growth not only reflects the country’s need for rapid development but also embodies the aspiration to build a modern, productive, high-quality, and highly competitive economy. To realise this target, alongside solutions in institutions, investment, infrastructure, science, technology, and human resources, an important factor is to build a common understanding, foster social consensus and strengthen confidence in the development direction.
