Moving beyond the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for deliveries and rescue operations, Da Nang has launched a scheme to pilot the development of a low-altitude economy, signalling a strategic step: turning the lower airspace into a new layer of economic and technical infrastructure.

On February 12, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, in coordination with Viet Nam Post and CT UAV, officially launched a postal delivery route using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) between Can Gio Commune and Vung Tau Ward.
