The International Conference on Education Cooperation in the Digital Era has provided a platform for technology businesses, higher education institutions, educational organisations, and solution developers to connect. Numerous agreements and cooperation initiatives have been undertaken, helping expand cooperation networks between domestic educational institutions and businesses, and international partners.

The Khammuon provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minority Students, funded by a non-refundable grant from Viet Nam, reflects the attention paid by the two countries' Parties and States to education, training and human resources development in remote and ethnic minority areas of Laos.
