President of the Senate of the Czech Parliament Milos Vystrcil on November 21 reaffirmed that the Czech Republic remains open to international students, including those from Viet Nam, stressing emerging opportunities for cooperation under the Viet Nam–Czech Strategic Partnership.

The two sides concurred to intensify cooperation across multiple education levels, encompassing universities, vocational training institutions, and high schools. Besides, they will expand joint training programmes, enhance student and lacturer exchanges, and promote mutual recognition of academic credits.

Viet Nam has consistently remained a priority for the Australian Government and its international education sector, Acting Deputy Secretary of the Higher Education, Research and International Group in the Australian Government Department of Education Karen Sandercock has affirmed.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Switzerland and the Switzerland – Viet Nam Economic Forum (SVEF) held a series of discussions at the University of Zurich on June 25 to bolster education collaboration between the two countries as part of the Viet Nam Day 2025.

A roundtable conference on cooperation in education and scientific research between Viet Nam and the Czech Republic was held in Prague on June 6.
