With the strong engagement of the entire political system and creative approaches to election communication, Vinh Long became one of the four localities with the highest voter turnout in the country. In particular, “bright spots” such as Cai Von Ward, Vinh Long Province, have demonstrated the power of public support when the Party’s message is widely and effectively conveyed.

The election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term is entering its peak phase, bringing with it numerous challenges and new practical requirements.
