Secretary of the Ca Mau provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure Nguyen Ho Hai was assigned by the Politburo to continue assuming this post for the new term, according to a decision announced at the first provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure.

The first Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term opened at the Labour Cultural House, Tra Ly Ward, on October 3. Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Chairman of the PCC’s Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc attended and directed the congress.
