The People’s Committee of Ha Noi has recently submitted a proposal to the municipal People’s Council requesting approval for an adjustment to the investment policy for the Tran Hung Dao Bridge construction project under the public-private partnership (PPP) model (BT contract – exchange of land for infrastructure).
