On the morning of April 15, 2026, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, immediately after the State welcome ceremony, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and President of Viet Nam To Lam, leading a high-level Vietnamese delegation, held talks with General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of China Xi Jinping, who led a high-level Chinese delegation.
