A journey of gratitude, keeping flame of hope alive

In these historic July days, as the nation looks towards the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, the Ha Noi Police have been urgently and synchronously carrying out a peak campaign to collect DNA samples from relatives of martyrs whose identities have not yet been established.
