Viet Nam’s manufacturing sector closed 2025 on a firm footing, with the Viet Nam Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) easing slightly to 53.0 in December from 53.8 in November but remaining comfortably above the 50.0 no-change mark, signalling a solid monthly improvement in overall sector health, according to a report released recently by S&P Global.
