Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 14 chaired a meeting between the permanent Government members and leaders of Ha Noi to review and provide feedback on the draft Ha Noi Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision.

A delegation from the Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, and the Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, led by Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi municipal Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung, laid wreaths at the statue of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin on Ba Dinh Street on April 21, on the occasion of his 153rd birthday anniversary (April 22, 1870-2023).

A delegation from the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee laid wreaths and offered incense in tribute to the victims and soldiers who lost their lives during the US airstrike in December 1972 at Kham Thien Monument on December 26.
