The Homeland Spring programme has become a shared space, bringing overseas Vietnamese together and offering them a sense of community warmth, the familiar sound of their mother tongue and renewed confidence in the enduring values of the nation.

Amid the lively atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, the Embassy of Viet Nam in Cambodia hosted the “Homeland Spring 2026” gathering — a meaningful cultural and diplomatic event — in Phnom Penh on February 8, with the participation of more than 600 guests.

On the eve of the Lunar New Year 2026, State President Luong Cuong and his spouse, Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet, attended the special “Homeland Spring 2026” art programme,under the theme “Viet Nam’s Aspiration: Peace and Prosperity”, in Ha Noi on the evening of February 8.
