Charge d'Affaires of Viet Nam to Timor-Leste Pham Binh Dam recently held a working session with Timor-Leste Minister of Justice Sergio de Jesus Fernandes da Costa Hornai in Dili to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in legal affairs, judicial reform, digital transformation, and to facilitate investment and business activities of Vietnamese enterprises in the country.
