Viet Nam welcomes the ceasefire agreement reached on April 7 between the US and Iran, an important step to ease tensions and move towards restoring peace, stability, security, and safety in the Middle East, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang said on April 8.
Citizens were advised to steer clear of sensitive sites such as energy facilities, industrial zones, airports, seaports and other critical infrastructure, minimise travel near incident areas, and avoid approaching or recording attack scenes or hazardous objects.
