The National Election Council has officially set the number of constituencies and the number of National Assembly (NA) deputies to be elected in each constiuency of provinces and cities for the 16th NA.

Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, together with deputies of the Bac Ninh Provincial National Assembly Delegation, met voters in Vo Cuong Ward on December 16 to report on the outcomes of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly and to listen to voters’ opinions and recommendations.

Lawmakers on December 3 are looking into reports on the Government members, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, and the State Auditor General's implementation of the 14th and 15th National Assembly's resolutions on specialised supervision and question-and-answer (Q&A) activities.

Party General Secretary To Lam, together with members of Ha Noi’s delegation of National Assembly (NA) deputies on September 30 met with voters from nine communes, including Soc Son, Da Phuc, Noi Bai, Trung Gia, Kim Anh, and Me Linh, to listen to their opinions ahead of the 10th session of the 15th legislature.

Party General Secretary To Lam urged the National Assembly (NA) to take one step ahead in terms of institutions; and dare to pave the way, make adjustments, and decide on difficult issues, new matters, and unprecedented areas while meeting with generations of NA deputies in Ha Noi on August 27.

The 15th National Assembly passed the Law on Teachers, with 451 out of 460 NA deputies present at the 9th session on June 16, or 94.35% of the total legislators, voted in favour.
