Science and technology, artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and green transition are emerging as new drivers of economic growth amid global challenges, speakers told a high-level plenary session of the Autumn Economic Forum 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City on October 28.

The Tay Ninh Provincial Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, aims to expand development space, strengthen regional connectivity, and capitalise on the province’s potential and advantages. It provides a foundation for Tay Ninh to step up investment attraction, improve infrastructure, enhance competitiveness, and generate momentum for double-digit growth, thereby paving the way for sustainable development.
