Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on June 17 stressed that Viet Nam’s development vision for 2030–2130 must continue to embody the nation’s aspirations for growth and prosperity, while being grounded in theory and practical experience and long-term strategic thinking.

He made the statement in Ha Noi on May 14 while chairing the first meeting of a steering committee tasked with reviewing the Party’s century-long leadership of the Vietnamese revolution, mapping strategic directions for the next century, and evaluating four decades of the Platform on National Construction in the period of transition to socialism.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hailed the complex of Nhon Trach 3 and 4 power thermal plants in the southern province of Dong Nai as a benchmark project, exemplifying Viet Nam’s determination, expertise, and national stature.
