The Da Nang City Party Committee held a ceremony on August 27 to present Party Membership Badges to veteran Party members, marking the 81st anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – 2026) and National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2026). Politburo member and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu attended the ceremony and presented 80-year Party Membership Badges.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has asked the northern port city of Hai Phong to pay greater attention to improving the material and spiritual well-being of veteran Party members, while attending a ceremony held by the municipal Party Organisation on August 25 to present Party membership badges to them.

Politburo and Secretariat held a meeting in Ha Noi on August 18 with incumbent and former members of the Politburo and Secretariat, as well as members of the 13th Party Central Committee who were not re-elected to the 14th Party Central Committee. Orders and Party membership badges were also presented on the occasion. Party General Secretary and State President To Lam attended and delivered remarks at the meeting.

The membership badges represent the Party’s recognition of a lifetime of dedication, sacrifice and steadfast commitment. They are symbols of loyalty, honour and devotion to the Party, the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and the people, said top leader To Lam.
