Collectives and individuals of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security were honoured with prestigious orders from Laos and Cuba at a ceremony held in Ha Noi on August 16.

The special art programme entitled “Resonating Heroic Melodies”, held by the Ministry of Public Security on August 16 at the Ho Guom Theatre, Ha Noi, served as a profound tribute to generations of People’s Public Security officers, a stirring symphony connecting past, present and future through art.
