From unmanned substations and remote control to monitoring robots, technological solutions are gradually transforming power grid operations in central Viet Nam.

Viet Nam Electricity’s Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) reported that as of 7 a.m. on October 31, nearly 310,000 customers in four central provinces and cities were still without electricity. Compared with the same time on October 30, nearly 170,000 customers had been reconnected, reflecting great efforts by local power units amid severe flooding.
